eWealthNEXT does not tolerate SPAM. This policy is very clear, so please read it carefully:

Sending a message, especially an advertisement, to more than five recipients, is by itself spamming unless the individuals have specifically requested to you to be added to a mailing list. This includes both commercial advertisements and informational messages sent to recipients via electronic mail (email) as well as off-topic messages posted in Usenet discussion groups where the recipient has not requested or invited the message. Email is a person-to-person medium, not a broadcast medium.

eWealthNEXT. members may not promote the eWealthNEXT name, trade names, logos, or copyrighted material, except in the format provided and/or approved on a case-by-case basis by eWealthNEXT.

Pre-approved marketing formats will be included on the eWealthNEXT Member's Web Site. Members may not "SPAM" or send unsolicited communications advertising the web site including, but not limited to, the Member's own "personal" eWealthNEXT site.

Members may not "SPAM" or send unsolicited communications to advertise the eWealthNEXT program, including mass postings to Usenet Newsgroups and/or abuse of chat rooms, forums, buddy lists, ICQ, MIRC, Fax or Voice blasts, or any other on-line communication system. Members of these lists that are permitted to advertise are of course welcome to do so. The key word here is "unsolicited"!

If someone reports you or your eWealthNEXT. (web page) for SPAMMING, we will remove your web page from our servers immediately and without notice. If, after researching the complaint, you are found to have SPAMMED, then we will immediately, without warning, terminate your account without refund.

The responsible party who uses the eWealthNEXT web site or personalized web address for the practice of SPAMMING, may be liable for any expenses incurred by eWealthNEXT to reverse any actions taken as a result of said SPAMMING. By clicking the eWealthNEXT Subscription Application Agreement, you agree to adhere to our NO SPAM policy.
